Week Three of the Craft Pimp blog ring: Featured artist Donna of Delicate Sparkles
As an occasional user of small beads in my paper crafting I have to take my hat off to Donna for having the patience of a saint. There's something very satisfying about working with beads and it's amazing what you can create with a bit of imagination, something Donna from Delicate Sparkles has in bucket loads. Some of the materials used in Donna's beautiful creations are Austrian Crystals, sourced lampwork glass beads and sterling silver. They really are awe inspiring.
One of the first pieces of jewellery I saw from Donna whilst perusing round the craft pimp forum was her beaded flowers, the skill and time it must take to make one is remarkable.
I think they're stunning and I'm sure you will too. I have featured a very small selection of pieces from Donnas collections which I found on her facebook fan page and shop http://www.facebook.com/pages/Delicate-Sparkles/98897938565 Donna also has her own blog http://delicatesparkles.blogspot.com/ which is a lovely read and where you can find out more about Donna and Delicate Sparkles. Donna's jewellery is also available to buy from Misi http://www.misi.co.uk/shop_info.php?domain=delicatesparkles .

Week two of the Craft Pimp Blog Ring, featured artist Caroline of Curious Cat Creative
Good morning what a beautiful sunny day.
For the next few weeks I am in the fortunate position of being able to blog about some of my crafting companions from http://www.craftpimp.co.uk/ . This weeks featured artisan is Caroline (Cj) from Curious Cat Creative. Carolines was the first work I came across when I first joined craft pimp and I was blown away by what I saw, I have 20/20 vision but I found myself being drawn closer and closer to the screen, I even called the hubby over to have a look. Caroline works with leather and she produces some stunning jewellery, home decorations, bookmarks, journal covers you name it, each piece being as beautiful, creative and unusual as the last. Caroline has her own website http://www.curiouscatcreative.co.uk/ where you can make purchases, view the gallery and gain some insight into the processes involved when making one of her pieces.
Caroline also has her own blog at http://blog.curiouscatcreative.co.uk/ or click the link to her blog via the website. If you are on facebook and would like regular updates on Curious Cat Creative then go to the page and click to LIKE.
