Jellypark Friends Friday Challenge Number 2

Hello there and a big Happy Friday to one and all :o) I would like to say how much I loved looking at all of the amazing creations from our last challenge and a big congratulations to the top 3.


Over at jellypark friends we have a brand new challenge for you. I love the inspiration photo for this challenge it's so cheerful and summery,

I really enjoyed making my dt card. I recently bought a couple of  digital scrapbook kits from the jellypark store and I really wanted to use them on my card. I used the digikit for the background of the card and then added butterfly girl, I wanted to use the ribbon as inspiration for my card so I cut little holes in her wings and threaded various ribbons through the holes. A big chunky gingham flower and gem completes the card.
Claire has released 2 brand new images today to the  jellypark  store one of which is a grandad image, when I first saw it I couldn't believe how much he looked like one of my grandads so I made a card that I thought he would have liked :o)

    I really, really like this card Mel, the colours are brilliant. I love the way you have combined all the colours and images and the ribbons coming from the wings are a wonderful idea. You are a very talented designer :)

    Especially love the grand dad card. The background is wonderful. The wings on the other are so cute with the ribbons attached. Cute idea.

    your butterfly girl is such a great interpretation of the photo! I was amazed at the idea of the ribbons coming from her wings - totally brill!
    your grandpa card just makes me smile! he looks at home with the clock face and other vintage bits.
